| I checked he no longer does powdercoating for folks. I believe he did do a lot of extra work to smooth the plenum, and yes he left the TB's on and masked off the openings. He was on the fence about doing it that way but I told him to go ahead and if it caused problems then it was on me. I've had one mild issues since where the throttle bodies seem to not quite shut all the way when cold-starting in cold or cool weather. It results in the car sticking at the 1800 rpm range which is a nuisance for the first 20 mins or so of driving in cold weather. Once it is up to normal temps, no problem. Not sure what i'll do about it, if anything to be honest.
